What is the master class about?
The therapist’s body as an important diagnostic and therapeutic tool. In modern psychotherapy, the therapist’s somatic reactions allow them to:
• “Read” the client’s nonverbal information
• Track the dynamics of contact and boundaries
• Catch unspoken emotions and needs through their own bodily responses
• Reveal and understand the client’s history more deeply
• Build therapeutic interventions taking into account the integrity of the information received
