Between Burden and Grace

One-day seminar “Between Burden and Grace”. An experiential seminar in bibliodrama and drama therapy. You are warmly invited to a one-day experiential seminar where elements of bibliodrama, drama therapy, and Gestalt

presence come together in a living space of inner encounter.

At the heart of this seminar is the inner weight a person carries: fatigue, anxiety, unspoken pain, as well as hope, faith, dignity, and inner resources. Through body posture, symbolic action, silence, short dramatic interventions, and reflection, participants will be invited not simply to analyze themselves from a distance, but to experience their inner reality in the here and now.

This seminar is intended for those seeking a deeper relationship with themselves, their spiritual life, and authentic inner experience. In a safe and respectful group setting, participants will have an opportunity to recognize their burdens, strengths, values, and virtues that can become a source of support in everyday life.

Seminar leader:

Arseny Tarabanov, PhD is a psychotherapist with many years of experience of clinical practice in psychodynamic therapy, psychodrama, and Gestalt therapy. His doctoral dissertation focused on imagination in Christian culture and psychotherapy. He is the Director of the Institute of Neurocommunication and Psychotherapy (Vilnius), and a member of the Neuropsychoanalytic Association (NPSA) and the Chinese American Psychoanalytic Alliance (CAPA).

Arūnas Jankauskis, gestalt psychotherapist, educator, and theologian. For twenty years, he has been providing consultations on spiritual themes and has participated in European conferences on clinical pastoral care. His fields of interest include couples and organizational psychology, the culture of dialogue, and the psychology of religion.
